Privacy Matters

Absolutely NO ONE, you, AND the tenant, didn't agree on, in advance! We will ALWAYS ask if it's ok to give the tenant name/phone number to third party services (cleaning or repair etc...)

All payment safety is done according with international regulations. Safety depends on the method of payment you and the tenant prefer, and in accordance with their policies.

As far as the tenant is concerned, we represent the owner, and we will not disclose owners information, until forced by the law. (ask us about this in a meeting)
