Advanced
Includes the Basics package and adds:
Maintenance that is not covered by strata.
Like appliances cleaning and maintenance.
Repairs for breakdown.
And making sure it was not caused by improper use.
Preparation for next tenant.
Legendary
I only want to receive the reports, and have you guys deal with everything, beginning to end. This package includes the Advanced package and adds:
Staging for listing the unit.
Collecting rent, damage deposit and last month rent.
Reports of all income/expenses. (Full Accounting).
Login for landlord/tenant with history of communications, and all work done
